We are always happy to offer advice to our customers.  We want everyone to get the maximum benefit when using our remediation equipment.  One or two of our Power  Station 12 units will do an amazing job.  You only need to follow some basic guidelines that come with your Power Station.  Like the treatment areas need to be vacated by people and pets until the job is done, and wear the supplied carbon filter mask when you enter an area that hasn’t been ventilated with fresh air.

#1- When using the OdorMD System, you will place the Power Station 12 unit at a center location.  Add two 100 gram tablets to one gallon of water in the unit.  Turn on the system and leave the room once started.  In each application, the area must be free of people and pets during the application.  Return 3-4 hours later to ventilate the treated areas with fresh air.  Normal activities can start once the fresh air ventilation has been completed.  Expect the “Pool Like” smell to last 24 hours after the treatment, but this is not a health concern.

#2- The best treatment cycle is 3-4 hours, but 60 minutes for a vehicle.  Never ozone an area for more than eight hours unless you are treating a death scene or hoarder home.  It is best to treat for 2-4 hours, and let the building breathe.  Evaluate the results, and treat again as necessary.

#3- Returning odors happen when there are smokers, pets, mold, or unresolved organic deposits.  Be prepared to apply the treatment in 2-4 weeks if the problem returns.  You will eventually resolve the problem.

#4- For pet urine spots, use 10 grams of CD plus in a gallon of water and saturate pet urine areas heavily.  Let set for ten minutes, and then wet the area and let dry.
