The 40,000 is the workhorse of the odor removal business.  This size can deliver a lot of ozone to the facility, and our price allows you to buy more than one.  Why?  Well, a successful ozone business will run more than one job at a time, and three ozone generators allow strategic placement throughout the facility.

The 60,000 ozone generator is just about all you need unless you are treating gymnasiums.  One 60,000 and two 40,000 units deliver 120,000 mg/hr of ozone.  That is a lot of ozone no matter how you measure power.  

All Ozone generators are well-built and reliable professional units that are also field reparable.  Knowing the price of shipping such units around, the value of a reparable unit is a critical part of a ozone generator purchase.

You can buy highly-touted smaller units.  If they are less than 5000 mg/hr, it is hardly a serious machine.  Some hotels and apartment managers buy the small units and run them 48-72 hours to get rid of odors.  This is a mistake on several levels.  First of all, the unit is “Out of Commission” too long.  Second, damage to rubber and other items may happen with prolonged ozone application.  If the unit cannot do the job in 3-6 hours, it is definitely too small for the job.
