The time spent to totally engineer a professional level ozone generator was sizable.  The expense to pay for engineers to design the system was large.  But, the result was a literal breakthrough for professional ozone generators.  The Pro line of ozone generators represents our commitment to be the best ozone generator on the market.  Yet, we wanted to keep pricing within the affordable range so buying multiple units wouldn’t break the bank.  

While others are hawking their garage-built systems, we paid the price to build a professional system that could be the proud addition to a professional service.  We also avoided the “Conversion Process” that converted ready-made air blower into ozone generators.  Why?  No matter the quality of the air blower, they were not built to be ozone generators.  The motors eventually seize or burn out because they are corroded by the ozone or rubber seals break down.  

We also avoided using the twenty-year old technology of stainless steel mesh plates that simply could not produce the volume of ozone needed by professional ozone machines.

So, the Pro Series ozone generators are built from scratch, fabricated in a plant, and carefully assembled to provide years of reliable service.  That means non-corrosive parts of stainless steel and aluminum, sealing all connections, buying the best quality so that our customers get more than the price paid.  Most people cannot tell the difference between an over-hyped video claim and the real quality that we include, but we feel that quality will eventually win out.
