Two 3.5 g/hr plates  (7G)

Replaces most standard 7G plates.  Replace plates annually for best performance.  Clean with rubbing alcohol from fingerprints when installing or as needed.  A flicker or partially light plate indicates it is going bad.  These plates has the moisture resistant coating to prevent corrosion from humidity.  

7G g/hr transformer

Standard combination of one 7G transformer with a 5.25 hole spread.  Should be the same as most conventional 7G transformers.  These are our famous “Short Proof” transformers found in every All Ozone generator.  If there is a sort in the high-voltage area, the transformers shut down until the short is fix.  Then, they will operate at full power when turned on.  This is a very important safety feature that will reduce possible liability from a malfunctioning system.

Standard combination of one 7G transformer and two 3.5G plates.  Includes plates holder/connector.  The ceramic holders (shown here) require a solder connection to the transformer wires.  Center screw hole for holding the plates to the unit.  Red and green go to AC and red insulated wires go the the plates. 

Two 5 g/hr plates  (10G)

Yes, these are the newest in the industry of 10G plates.  They aren’t cheap, but they do produce increased volumes of ozone.  Uses the same 5/25 inch hole spread, but plates are securely mounted on the top of the transformer for more stability.

The 10G system cannot be found anywhere else, but we have them.  Easy to install since the plates do not require special mounting.  Height is 3.5 inches.  Upgrade your equipment and get more power from your equipment.  These transformers also use the “Short Proof” transformers.  This should be a safety feature in any ozone generator on the market.  In addition to a fuse, short-proof transformers are the best safety feature you can install.

Fan Assembly

This is the replacement fan for our larger units.  The sleeve and fan are one unit creating a 4″ outlet.  The fan side is 6 inches in diameter.  Perfect for ozone generators because there are no rubber parts.  Fan speed is 3000 prm with a 6″ fan blade.  The 4″ outlet allows for hose adapters.  This 240 CFM is all the power you need for best performance.  High fan speed can actually reduce the PPM output of the ozone generator.
