There is little new in the classic toolbox design.  This provides a durable shell for the equipment.  What you want find elsewhere is the unique “Torpedo Wind Tunnel”.  This extra hard design in house inside the box for yet another level of durability.  Yet it can be removed for cleaning or repair with one screw.  Everything has been thought through and designed to avoid the common mistakes of others.  

Heat test were performed to assure the best materials.  Thousands of real-time hours of operation were logged, and then the equipment was disassembled to show a perfect condition.  Every effort has been made to assemble an ozone generator that is reliable and powerful enough to get the job done. 

This level of careful construction need not cost more.  Volume buying, refined workflow, and simple design engineering has allowed the 28000AO unit to stand head and should above the rest.  

Positive Pressurization:  We have had many ask if the 28000AO will adapt to a hose for positive pressurization.  Yes, it does.  The 4″ outlet could be attached to 4″ hose, and a simple adapter will allows a 2″ hose to be used.  This means that you can easily use a Shop-Vac hose and wand available in your local hardware store.

Use the hose to push air in from outside the building, pipe ozone into autos, RVs or Vans,  For carpet and furniture in need of treatment, the hose and wand will do the job.

Corona Ozone Generator:  There are two basic ozone generators.  Corona (electric spark) and UV light.  Both cause a reaction with the ambient ozone in the air.  UV systems are usually considered a better source of ozone and are not hindered by humidity.  However, they can cost three to four times as much as a corona unit, and not rated as high of ozone output.  

We will be adding UV units to this website in time.  However, we find that most business need affordable and more powerful ozone generators.  UV generators tend to require replacement bulbs more often than corona machines need new ozone cells.

The 28000OA is considered a professional ozone generator, and not recommended for non-professional use.  These machines produce a great deal of ozone, and that means that it is easy to cause a problem with their use.  Non-professional ozone generators would be the 7000AO that comes with our in-house maintenance course to assure mistake-free operation.
