Despite plenty of misinformation about ozone, we only need to consider that ozone is made in nature and for a very good reason.  Every moment of the day that the sun shines the ultraviolet rays of the sunlight split the O2 oxygen in our upper atmosphere to create the much-needed ozone layer.  There is no negative aspect to the value of ozone and the ozone layer as it protects me and you from excessive ultraviolet rays that would harm our skin and harm vegetation.
