We built the 100G Pro for the tough demands of restoration and remediation services.  The 100GF ozone generator is the result of requests by restoration companies for a powerful machine that can take a beating.  So, we engineered a light but tough case of 090 aluminum.  Then, we powder coated it so that it will last for years, even with though it is used in some very tough condition.  We put in high-strength support railes that divide the electronics from the two powerful, 50,000 mg/hr ozone cannons.  This piece of equipment is absolutely impressive from every angle.

All Ozone generators run cool by design.  Heat is the enemy of any piece of electronic equipment.  So, we use industrial fans that also supply air to the underside of the ozone transfomers.  Did you know that transformers have heat sink fins at the bottom?  Yes, 98% of all other builders mount the transformers flat to the base.  We saw this time and again, and it shows that many builders do not know the key aspects of building an ozone generator.  Most run to a local hardware store, buy a blower, vacuum, of fan system …. fit some ozone transformers inside, and call it an ozone generator.   Big mistake!  

These systems were never built to operate in an ozone environment, and every warranty ever attached are completely voided by this foolisness.  This is why we mention the way the transformers are mounted.  Failure to provide an ample air flow to the bottom of the transformer show ignorance of basic of electronics and ozone machines.

The 100G has two cooling channels.  One on each side pushing 50,000 mg.hr of ozone at 180 degree different directions.  The power is impressive!

Now, if your restoration company is doing a big job, we have the machine you need.  But, run our machine for six or eight hours straight.  Then, put your hand anywhere on the case.  You will not find a warm sport indicating an even hotter problem inside.  Cooling running is a symbol of our engineering and understaning of ozone.  

There, is more.  We are the first to introduce the T20 ozone transformers and plates that last twice as long as previous ozone systems.  These are, frankly, the best ozone transformers and plates in the last ten years.  If you need to clean the plates (which is part of routine maintenance for all ozone generators), it couldn’t be simple.  Take the top off with four screws, everything is handle and easy to reach.  Clean the plates, and you are back at the best performance.

If plates need replaced, take off the top, and remove four simple screws to remove and replace plates without soldering.  Wow, that is impressive because there is not NO REASON to send the unit back for repairs.  This save money and keeps your equipment running at top performance.

We think that the 100G Pro ozone genetator is the best machine for restoration firms.  It is the perfect ozone generation for remediation companies as well, meaning mold, flood, fire.  Use the 100G Pro ozone generator for foul smells from hoarder homes and death scenes.  With normal maintenance, the 100G Pro will be the most reliable ozone generator you have ever owned.
