Ozone generators are intended to create high levels of ozone concentrations that can cause respiratory irritation. Our ozone generators are for professional use, and should not be operated in building where there are people and animal present. Vacate treated areas during ozone applications, and allow the room(s) to ventilate for at least 30 minutes after ozone application has ceased.
- Our warrantee applies to all parts for one year after purchase. Once received by the purchaser, we do not accept returns unless RMA is agreed. Returned equipment will incur cancellation/refurbishing charges of 20% will apply to equipment with an RMA number, and 40% charge on all equipment retrned without an RMA.
- Once received, equipment cannot be returned.
- Operator assume a liabilities for the correct use of the purchased ozone machines.
- Ozone generators have parts that can wear out and may require replacement in normal use.
- Due to false orders intended to investigate our designs and parts, we do not permit return of equipment.
Your decision to purchase All Ozone equipment comes with our support in the form of parts warrantee for one year. Our no return/refund policy is part of the terms and conditions for all purchases. We do not warrantee parts ordered because the user may improperly install, alter, or mishandle parts. Therefore, we do not warrantee parts except that they are delivered to the customer in good conditon.
