We are pleased with the performance of the transformers and plates, but parts do fail from time to time. Fortunately, our part are field replaceable. It usually requires a screwdiver, pliers, and about 15 minutes of your time.
It sure beats the cost of shipping to us and back, and nearly no delay on your equipment.
