The general market is a mix of applications, so it seems that there are dozens and dozens of ozone generators that do ONE THING. So, here is a brief education on OZONATORS, or aqueous ozone. Ozone dissolves in water, but it will start to deplete after about ABOUT 30 MINUTES. So, the ability to keep your water CHARGED WITH OZONE is the best solution. To do this, a bubbler system is best for most system applications.
If you want instant-on ozonated water, a venturi (inlet valve) draws ozone into a flowing water pipe mixing ozone on demand. So, you have Bubbler and Venturi methods of producing ozonated water. If you use a bubbler system, you meed something like an aquarium air pump to push air into the ozone machine and out the other side, via a hose to the water supply.
How Much ozone is needed? Well, 400-500 mg/hr is needed for water pruification for drinking or washing. The same is true of a clothes washing machine. The Aquatek 1000/1500
This unit is a base unit that priduces 1000-1500 mg/hr. If you draw from ambient air (normal humidity), the output is rated at 1000 mg/hr. If you put an air drier filter at the intake side, the output is 1500 mg/hr. That is pretty great for such a small unit.
The unit contains a cooling fan to allow this unit to run continuously without overheated or premature failure. There is no air pump like the AquaTek Mini. An air pump can quickly be added by connecting a tube to the unit air inlet.

We like the AquaTek 1000 because of it is powerful enough for nearly any applucation. Even units used to spray clean kitchens use 1000-1200 mg/hr. The advantage is they build a unit that is ready to go for such applications. Because of the size and cost of these units, you can add as many unit as you like. If you are using ozone for a health issue, just use an oxygen concentrator to produce medical grade oozone that comes out at 5000 mg/hr.
