If you have a general knowledge of AC power, this is pretty simple. There are 4-5 sets of two ozone plates. Each transformer feed two cells. Each transformer is connected in parallel to the AC lines. The fan is also connected in parallel to the AC Power. So, the two input line feed all these circuits from a common connection point. That is where the wire nuts are found so the system can be disconnected. Here is the basic electrical diagram.
This diagram does not show the fuse holder and power switch. One side of the AC first runs through the fuse and switch before connecting into the circuit. It is unlikely that you will need this information unless you lose a transformer (Grey Box). The transformers take in 110 AC power on one end, and step up the power to produce the static field.
Some wonder if we are giving away our secrets. Maybe, but what people do not not is that chasing parts, placing larger orders to get better pricing, and the amount of labor is far more than you want to try. Those that have tried, usually come back to use amazed that we can do all this for the price.
We would advise you as well. We have this down to a science in many ways. Trying to replicate an ozone transformer will be more work than you want to do.
Let’s take a look at the OZONE TRAY. This is the part inside the torpedo that produces the ozone. It is held in place with one screw on the outside of the torpedo. Once remvoed, the ozone tray should pull out with much resistance.
The picture here is what we call the “Ozone Tray”. One bottom side, the tranformers are mounted. On the top side the ozone plates are mounted. This design is most effiecient and easy to work on once it is out.

To replace one of the ozone blades, first remove the silver metal retainer piece that keeps blades from working loose. The blade has two prongs and pull straight our the the ceramic mounitng block. Replace the blade and put the metal retainer back in place.
The reassembly is the reverse of the disassembly.
